Privacy Policy

Radimaging Limited is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law.

Who we are

Radimaging Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company number: 04513381, VAT number: 877733766). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at our contact page.

We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller under registration number ZA929532. You can verify this on the ICO public register.

What personal data we collect

Contact form

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The subject of your enquiry
  • The message you send

Website monitoring

We use Microsoft Application Insights to monitor that this website is working correctly. It runs on our server, not in your browser, and sets no cookies. It records the technical information sent with every web request, including the page requested, your browser type and your IP address. We use this to keep the site available and to diagnose faults — not to build a profile of you.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary session cookies required for the website to function (Blazor Server / SignalR and contact form security), and we record in your browser's local storage that you have seen our cookie notice. We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

How we use your data

  • Contact form submissions — to respond to your enquiry and, if engagement follows, to manage our business relationship with you.
  • Monitoring data — to keep the website available, diagnose faults, and improve it.

Lawful basis

We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries is a core activity of Radimaging Limited. We process website monitoring data on the same basis: keeping our website secure and working is a legitimate interest, and because no cookie is placed on your device for it, we do not ask for consent.

How long we keep your data

Contact form enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. If an engagement results from an enquiry, we retain relevant records for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years (in line with UK limitation periods). Analytics data is retained by Microsoft Application Insights for 90 days by default.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate this website:

  • Microsoft Azure — hosting, email, and telemetry (Application Insights)
  • Azure Communication Services — for sending contact form acknowledgement emails

All providers are subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

International transfers

Microsoft Azure services used by Radimaging are hosted in UK and EU data centres. Any transfers outside the UK/EEA are covered by appropriate transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses or UK adequacy decisions).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including our website monitoring
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
